We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Option 1.Standard Shipping

Any order you place is free of postage through this way(except some remote places).

The estimated time of shipping is usually 5-15 Days depending on the country.

For some remote areas,there may be an additional charge of US$ 15-35,and your order shipping date may be delayed few days.Because we need find out proper carrier to send out to avoid remote fee, otherwise you may have to pay for remote fee or order could be canceled. If you are unsure whether your location is considered a remote area, we recommend contacting us to confirm.

Option 2.Express Shipping

If your order is over 350USD, express shipping is free.While your order is under 350USD, you may pay for the Excess postage.But it possibly cause expensive taxes and fees by the customs which you need to burden.So we advise to choose standard shipping.

If you chose Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx etc) : You are responsible for paying taxes and duties.  But we usually declare an item at a lower value , leave us a message with the desired value if you want.

If you do need to select express shipping, click "more payment option" on the goods page and enter your desired shipping method,or contact us by email.

Kindly remind that we will deduct you the round freight before refund you if customer reject to pay the duty tax. (P.S. triple freight for returning the product)

Return and Refund Policy

7-Day Free Return Guarantee

You will enjoy this guarantee if you receive a damaged, wrong or unusable item.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package for a return authorization.

 

Once the product has been returned to our designated address, we can ship you a new item for free (we will refund the shipping cost of your return), or give you a full refund.

 

Reasons for accepting returns include, but are not limited to:

The color, style, pattern, or parameters do not match the description

Significant difference

Functional or performance issues

Wrong product

Poor workmanship or manufacturing defects

The product is damaged or defective

For new, unopened returns that do not affect the sale of products, the buyer shall return the products to the designated place and bear the return cost. We will refund the return in full after we receive the return and verify that it is correct (if any freight is incurred, the amount after deducting the freight of the buyer).

The NiceHCK warranty covers any factory defects that may affect the proper function of the product you purchased. It does not cover human damage caused by human error, negligence, etc. (Read the following paragraphs for more details.)

 

If your product is defective, we will replace it for you free of charge, or give you a full or partial refund (as the case may be), please follow these instructions:

 

1.Send an email to support@nicehck.com with an appropriate subject line

2.Provide your order number and clearly describe your problem

3.Attach photos and videos to show what flaws your product has

4.If the photo/video provided is not enough to prove the stated problem, we will ask further.

 

Once we confirm that your item is defective due to a manufacturing issue, you need to request a return and follow the proper procedures. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.

 

NiceHCK will only be responsible for shipping costs for certain defective products within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The manufacturing problem of the product can be proven by video/photo.

After 30 days, if the item is claimed to be defective, we will partially refund it, replace it free of charge or refund it in full (as the case may be) if it is still under warranty. If it must be shipped back to NiceHCK so that we can check for any factory defects, the freight will be borne by the buyer. We only cover repair/replacement and return shipping costs (excluding any possible local taxes/import/processing fees).

 

* Note: Warranty coverage procedures may vary by product and issue. If you encounter any questions, please contact support@nicehck.com immediately. If you do not receive a response by email within 3 working days, please contact us via our website or Discord to check. Failure to do so and the resulting deterioration of product condition may limit or void your 1-year warranty.

 

Once we have received your returned item and verified its condition within 2-3 business days, we will process your item refund within approximately 5 business days. If your order has incurred shipping costs, non-quality issues will not be refunded, we will only refund the amount paid for the product; If the quality is the problem, we will bear the freight.

 

  • Only one free local return per order. If you have multiple items in your order and decide to return them separately, only the first return for that order is free. Subsequent returns will incur shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer.
  • In order to extend the free return period to 60 days, customers have the option to purchase our extended return service. Simply select this service before payment to enjoy an extended return period.

 

The wrong item was received or the quantity was missing?

Usually, after receiving the package, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. All customers must take unpacking videos of sealed packages and packaging when opening packages and products. If you fail to provide us with the above information, any claims for errors or missing items will be void.

 

For incorrect/missing items, please email support@nicehck.com. The following details are required.

1) Send an email to support@nicehck.com with the correct subject line

2) Provide your order number and clearly state the problem

3) Attach a photo and unpacking video of your sealed package and packaging to show that your product is incorrect/missing. The shipping details must be clearly visible on the package.

 

Once the problem is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or refund (if applicable). For items claimed to be missing from a package or sealed product, an unpacking video is required. For the wrong product, NiceHCK will decide if you need to return the wrong item.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

In cases of non-human destruction,NiceHCK offers a 1-year warranty coverage for the products which worth higher than $20 (inclusive) (excluding carry cases,ear tips and other accessories) and a 90-days warranty for cables and adapters.

We offer a 60-days warranty for Headphones under $20.

Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

To check the warranty status of the item purchased and whether warranty is claimable,non-original buyers would have to inform us about it.Details such as the order number of the item,non-original buyer's personal contact details and shipping address would be required.

 

For NiceHCK private brand, if the products can still be repaired, we can still provide maintenance services for the products without the order number or the products after the warranty period. If necessary, please contact us for consultation and quotation.However,it is not applicable for items that have been discontinued.

The warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Damage due to user negligence, accidents, disassembly, waterlog, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
  • Failure to perform required preventive maintenance
  • use not following the ‘User Guide’ or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials.
  • Unauthorized modification or commercial use.
  • Damage in return transit.
  • Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties.
  • Products that are altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by Nicehck.
  • usage not following instructions accompanying the Product(s).
  • failure to perform required preventive maintenance,
  • weather conditions, lightning, fire, water, or any acts of nature
  • Furthermore, Nicehck is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

 

Limited warranty covers:

  • Products are heavily discounted (i.e. 40% or more of retail price) or audited.
  • The product has been modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by NiceHCK.

 

 

Limited warranty coverage means that a faulty product due to a manufacturing problem can still be repaired if the purchased product is still under warranty.

However, the Buyer can deliver the goods to the designated location or logistics to us, and must bear the freight incurred by the delivery to NiceHCK, NiceHCK bear the freight to the Buyer after repair.

If the problem is due to other reasons (such as mismanagement by the user), the buyer may also have to pay for repairs and return. In such cases, NiceHCK will usually check with the manufacturer in advance for a quote on repair costs. However, in some cases, the manufacturer may only be able to do so after retrieving and inspecting the faulty device. Please consult us. thank you.

What if my headphones don't produce sound?

Make sure the headphones are properly connected to your device, either by plugging them into the headphone jack or connecting via Bluetooth.

If they are wired headphones, check the headphone cable for damage or looseness and try replacing it.

 

Earwax or dust can clog the headphone speakers and prevent sound from coming out. You can use a cleaning agent or a soft-bristled brush to gently clean the headphones.
