All orders ship from our warehouse in China within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise. Please allow 1-3 days of processing time. Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame. We will notify you immediately about the expected delivery time frame, with the option of canceling your order for a full refund.An international package could experience delays like postal strikes or severe weather or Cov-19 situation.
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Option 1.Standard Shipping
Any order you place is free of postage through this way(except some remote places).
The estimated time of shipping is usually 5-15 Days depending on the country.
For some remote areas,there may be an additional charge of US$ 15-35,and your order shipping date may be delayed few days.Because we need find out proper carrier to send out to avoid remote fee, otherwise you may have to pay for remote fee or order could be canceled. If you are unsure whether your location is considered a remote area, we recommend contacting us to confirm.
Address characters should be within 30-40 letters.
Option 2.Express Shipping
If your order is over 350USD, express shipping is free.While your order is under 350USD, you may pay for the Excess postage.But it possibly cause expensive taxes and fees by the customs which you need to burden.So we advise to choose standard shipping.
If you chose Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx etc) : You are responsible for paying taxes and duties. But we usually declare an item at a lower value , leave us a message with the desired value if you want.
If you do need to select express shipping, click "more payment option" on the goods page and enter your desired shipping method,or contact us by email.
Kindly remind that we will deduct you the round freight before refund you if customer reject to pay the duty tax. (P.S. triple freight for returning the product)
The customer must bear any form of duty/import fee/processing fee applicable to your package.
When buyers refuse to accept packages or fail to pay taxes, some packages claiming to be "returned to the seller" may be destroyed by post office or customs officials. No refunds will be given in such cases.

If your parcel were to be in transit for over 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.

For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.

For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
NiceHCK supports only one currency that is US Dollars. On payment, it gets automatically transferred to US dollars. Due to the currency exchange rates fluctuating almost daily, the prices in other currencies on our store at NiceHCK is just for your reference. Final price might be a little bit higher or lower depending on the current dollar rate.
