Warranty Period

In cases of non-human destruction,NiceHCK offers a 1-year warranty coverage for the products which worth higher than $20 (inclusive) (excluding carry cases,ear tips and other accessories) and a 90-days warranty for cables and adapters.

We offer a 60-days warranty for Headphones under $20.

Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

To check the warranty status of the item purchased and whether warranty is claimable,non-original buyers would have to inform us about it.Details such as the order number of the item,non-original buyer's personal contact details and shipping address would be required.


For NiceHCK private brand, if the products can still be repaired, we can still provide maintenance services for the products without the order number or the products after the warranty period. If necessary, please contact us for consultation and quotation.However,it is not applicable for items that have been discontinued.

The warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Damage due to user negligence, accidents, disassembly, waterlog, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
  • Failure to perform required preventive maintenance
  • use not following the ‘User Guide’ or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials.
  • Unauthorized modification or commercial use.
  • Damage in return transit.
  • Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties.
  • Products that are altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by Nicehck.
  • usage not following instructions accompanying the Product(s).
  • failure to perform required preventive maintenance,
  • weather conditions, lightning, fire, water, or any acts of nature
  • Furthermore, Nicehck is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.


Limited warranty covers:

  • Products are heavily discounted (i.e. 40% or more of retail price) or audited.
  • The product has been modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by NiceHCK.



Limited warranty coverage means that a faulty product due to a manufacturing problem can still be repaired if the purchased product is still under warranty.

However, the Buyer can deliver the goods to the designated location or logistics to us, and must bear the freight incurred by the delivery to NiceHCK, NiceHCK bear the freight to the Buyer after repair.

If the problem is due to other reasons (such as mismanagement by the user), the buyer may also have to pay for repairs and return. In such cases, NiceHCK will usually check with the manufacturer in advance for a quote on repair costs. However, in some cases, the manufacturer may only be able to do so after retrieving and inspecting the faulty device. Please consult us. thank you.


This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use,or use that is not intended.There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein.
